Application Fee

You MUST submit a rental application for each renter who will be living in the apartment or house over the age of 18.  There is a $50 non-refundable application fee required to complete the background check for each renter.  By clicking on BUY NOW, you will be taken to paypal where you can submit your payment to drsteve@blueribbonapartments.com

IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

It will also be necessary to prove your financial ability to make timely rental payments.  This can be accomplished by emailing us your most recent two paychecks proving that you earn more than two times the monthly rent
